Join us for a night of stew, sips, and socializing under the stars

On a hidden urban farm in the Long Beach neighborhood of Bixby Knolls

 

Here’s a look at the menu:

TIDBITS:

Mini tarts

Freshly baked bite-sized pies with various cheese and fruit

Banh khot

Crispy on the outside with a piquant mung bean filling and coconut cream

 

Stew options:

Have a sample, then pick your favorite 2 for dinner

Served with warm baguette

 Toppings bar available all night

 

BUTTERNUT KHAO SOI (Vegetarian/Vegan)

Creamy coconut curry broth made with slow roasted butternut squash, galangal, and black cardamom, served with thick cut egg noodles

GUMBO (Spicy)

Spicy chicken, shrimp, and sausage simmered with caramelized sweet peppers and red roux

BO KHO

French-inspired stew with tender beef, chunks of carrots and daikon radish in a velvet broth with Vietnamese gremolata

SECO DE POLLO

Golden seared chicken stewed in a rich beer broth with peas, yucca, and corn

MOROCCAN STYLE TAGINE (Vegetarian/Vegan)

Chickpeas and green olives stewed in a tangy white wine broth with leeks, marinated lemons, and pea tendrils
